If VietnamGo is not working as expected, first confirm that you have an internet connection and the latest available app version.

Common questions

• Camera access: enable camera permission in device Settings, or use the photo-library button to choose a menu image.
• AI request failed: retry with a shorter question or a clearer menu photo. Failed generations do not consume quota.
• Sign-in email not received: check spam, verify the address, then use “Resend confirmation email” in Profile.
• Delete your account: open Profile, sign in, choose “Delete account,” and confirm.

Report a problem

Open a private-safe support ticket in the official tracker. Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and steps to reproduce. Do not include passwords, access tokens, passport details, or payment information.
